Designer pool house and matching enclosing wall, Tielt

This minimalist wooden pool house is as close to the pool as it could possibly be. It provides an inviting space in which to relax outdoors, while the recessed sliding glass panels at the corner afford a full view of the pool from inside. The glass panels and unbroken expanse of the concrete floor ensure a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. A matching enclosing wall adds the finishing touch, giving full protection from the wind. The enclosing wall and the back wall of the pool house are in black oak, a harmonious type and colour of wood to combine with the thermo ash cladding on the rest of the timber-framed building. In the winter, the pool house doubles as a storage shed for garden furniture.
